Final Evaluation



Media langauge
The main theme of this photo shoot is to show that the product is unisex. The use of the white font shows this as anyone can wear white. The main conventions that I have tried to use are glittering generalities and bandwagoning. The emotional words of 'together' can make the audience want to buy the product. 

Media representations
To attract the audience of 16-25 year olds I have used young models who are wearing trendy clothes that the audience will recognise. The location of the photo shoots also appeal to the target audience because it is in locations that they could potentially spend there time. In the summer they go out to the park or gardens and go to supermarkets.The images represent the target audience as people who are in a relationship and go out and do things. 

Media industries 
I edited the images such as grass and getting rid of rubbish so that the image doesn't look disappearing to the audience. I smoothes out and made the image more focused so that it would become more appealing. 

Media audiences
The use of the trendy clothes attracts the target audience of 16-25 year olds living in England. The mainstreamer within the Young and Rubicam model is reached because the supermarket image is of an everyday activity that people partake in. The bright yellow ice cream catches your eye because it stands out a lot compared to the regular backgrounds. The use of social media allows the images to circulate to platforms that the target audience will be able to see.

Final images

Casting, props and costumes

Props
- I have used a ice-cream cone in one of my pictures. I did this because most people like ice cream and with the summer like background it attracts the young audience as they may do similar things and can relate.


Costume
- The models wore clothes that are popular with the young audience. Such as the trainers Tommy was wearing. This happened because if the audience see the models wearing trendy clothes they are more likely to pay attention to the poster. 

I chose to use Ellie and Tommy as one of my models because she fits in with my target audience and she has trendy clothes that would appeal to the target audience.

Location report

Harlow Town Park
Harlow Sainsburys 

I will use a bench from Harlow Town park near the gym as it is all black. 
One on a tree near the car park. 
I chose these locations because they were central to the location of my models. Also because they are some popular locations where the target audience will know.

Rated 4/5 on average
Most people thought that the target audience was teenagers or 14 t o25 year olds
The colour use got 60% very good and 35% good
The images show that the product is unisex to only 35%
The social media links overall were said to be a good idea 
The positioning of the product was said to be good but 1 person said that due to it being in the corner it doesn't stand out
The wave logo was said to be simple and unique but also doesn't stand out due to the simplistic 
The overall view was that it doesn't stand out enough
